Ingredients
  1. French Vanilla Ice Cream
Cinnamon Tortillas
  1. 4 Old El Paso Smart Fiesta Flour Tortillas
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Sugar
Butter Rum Sauce
  1. 1/2 Cup Rum
  2. 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  3. 1/4 Cup Butter
Instructions
  1. Cut the tortillas into triangles and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
  2. Toss in a cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  4. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and add rum.
  6. Return to heat and light with a BBQ lighter (if liquid is super hot the alcohol may automatically light)
  7. Simmer until flame subsides and mixture is the consistency of a thick syrup.
  8. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in a bowl. Top with syrup and garnish with cinnamon sugar tortilla triangles.
