I’m often longing for an Iced Cap when the weather gets nice.  I started wondering why I couldn’t combine it with my protein powder in order to make it a wee bit nutritious too.  Took some doing, but this is fab!

Ingredients
  1. 2 tsp instant coffee, or 1 lungo shot espresso
  2. 1/2 frozen banana
  3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 4 ice cubes
  6. 2 tsp honey
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse to break up ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
