Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 1/2 cup white sugar
  3. 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cups flour
  6. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  7. 1 cup fresh coconut, shredded
  8. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  9. 1/2 cup milk
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  11. 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugars on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to butter mixture.
  4. Stir in oats and coconut.
  5. Add milk and vanilla.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit.
